I wore this to the big birthday bash on Saturday, it of course was raining so I made lemonade out of lemons and broke out my wellies! I adore my polka dot cuties and love them for everyday wear also.... but not everyone shared my love. My dress is a skirt that I bought from Mousevox Vintage.Awesome Vintage frocks and right now she is having a $7 scarf sale on etsy! Check her out! I am a total copycat.... I saw everyone else do it so I hiked 'er up around my pits, added a cardigan, cinched it all together with a belt, and added a necklace for good measure. Voila!
