Time is precious, but truth is more precious than time......Benjamin Disraeli
Today was not a fun day.... I spent the majority of the day at the computer doing painfully boring work. When I did get to leave the house I had to go to the dentist and being the big tough girl I am( HA! HA!) opted to get three cavities done in one appointment. My entire mouth was numb and uncontrollable, I could hardly tell if it open or shut! To make things even better I being the ever so organized and efficient mom that I am (even bigger HA! HA!) scheduled my appointment so that I would be able to leave the dentist office and head straight to the school to pick up kiddos. SMART DANIELLE, REAL SMART! I was a drooling limp lipped mess!!!! What a sight to see......anyways those are my excuses for a not so exiting outfit today. What excuse am I going to come up with tomorrow?
WHAT:
Jeans: James
Tank: J-Crew
Cardigan: Old Navy
Shoes: Frye

Do you agree with today's quote?
Why or Why not?
I obviously feel the same as Mr. Benjamin Disraeli. Time is valuable yes, but if what or who you are spending your time with is a lie then it is not real or precious or special it is just wasted, and nobody likes wasted time.

ReplyDeletewe should all try to live truthfully with the time we have.
oh, and i hate the dentist. just being truthful:)
ReplyDeletenice pattern mixing! i feel your pain (almost literally) about the dentist. i had my first crown put in last month. and i was a drooly girl all afternoon at work.
ReplyDelete"Not quite so exciting outfit today"? to that, I say SHUT UP!!! yeah--you heard me.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving that cardigan and how it kind of brings the flowy blouse under control. FABulous! :)
p.s. I mean "shut up" in the most polite way possible. Have you seen "The Princess Diaries"? that's how I mean it....like a good ol' Golly Wolly! ;)
feel better!
